We ship domestic orders Monday - Friday.  Orders places Monday-Thursday are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Our shipping options are as follows:

FedEx Ground (FREE)

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery

FedEx 2 Day ($27.00)

FedEx Overnight ($40.00)

FedEx Overnight - Saturday Delivery ($60.00)

If you are ordering overnight and need your product to arrive on a Saturday, you must choose this option.

Just a note.  We oftentimes will ship part of your order from one of our store locations.  This allows us to offer our customers more inventory, and get their orders to them more quickly.  In this case you will receive more than one package over the course of several days.  Do not be alarmed if the first package that arrives does not contain the entirety of your order.

RETURNS
All returns  must be received within 30 days of order date.
Price adjustments are only given on orders placed within 7 days of a given promotion.
To return an item, please fill out the enclosed return form and use the pre-paid return label to post the item back to our warehouse.  If an item was sent from one of our stores you won't have received a return slip or a pre-paid label.  Just shoot us an e-mail at internet@letarteswimwear.com and we'll be happy to e-mail you a label and a return slip.
We will issue your refund once your item(s) have arrived back at the warehouse.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.  If an item is returned damaged or otherwise altered we reserve the right to withhold your refund.  If you are not sure as to whether or not your item is eligible for return please don't hesitate to contact us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are ordering to an address located outside the United States, please read the following carefully:
International orders ship via FedEx International Priority.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however most FedEx International Priority orders will arrive within 7 business days.  For reference, a shipment from New York to Australia typically takes 5 business days.
Your shipping rate is calculated live, meaning that you are only covering the exact cost quoted to us by FedEx.  There is no markup.  However, please take the time to read the below information:
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties assessed by the country you are shipping to.  These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of your package.  If for whatever reason you are unable and/or unwilling to pay all customs and/or duty charges the package will be returned to us, yet you will still be held responsible for said fees.  The charges are assessed when the package enters your country, and therefore you are still responsible for them in the event that you are not available to receive the package and it is abandoned.
If you are sending a package as a gift please make sure the recipient is aware of the above.  You can check with your local customs office if you are not sure of the various charges associated with importing goods to your country.
